Pro features not showing after payment
If you completed payment but the extension still shows the free plan:
- Open the Anayom extension popup
- Go to the Account tab
- Click Restore Pro
- Enter the email address you used for the Stripe checkout
The extension will verify your purchase and unlock Pro features immediately. If this doesn't work, email support@anayom.com with your purchase email and we'll resolve it.
Extension not scanning a page
The extension cannot scan certain types of pages:
- chrome:// pages — Chrome's internal pages (settings, extensions, etc.) are restricted
- Chrome Web Store — Google blocks extensions from running on the store
- PDF files — The extension analyses HTML pages only
- Blank or error pages — Pages that fail to load can't be analysed
If the page is a normal website and scanning still fails, try reloading the page and scanning again. If the problem persists, email us with the URL.
How do I open the side panel?
Click the expand icon (the small rectangle icon) in the top-right corner of the popup header. This opens Anayom as a side panel docked to the right side of your browser, giving you more space to view analysis results while browsing.
How do I generate a client report?
- Scan a page by clicking Scan This Page
- Go to the Overview tab
- Scroll down and click Generate Client Report (Pro only)
- Select which sections to include (SEO, CRO, Local, E-E-A-T, etc.)
- Optionally add your agency name and branding colours
- Click Download HTML
- Open the HTML file in your browser and press Ctrl+P to save as PDF
Push to list not working
The push-to-list feature requires configuration:
- Right-click the Anayom extension icon and select Options
- Scroll to Email Marketing Integrations
- Enter your API key for the platform you want to use (Brevo, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Toggle the platform to Enabled
- Click Save
When you enable a platform, Chrome will ask you to grant permission for that platform's API. You must accept for push to work. If you denied the permission, disable and re-enable the platform to trigger the request again.
How do I export leads or contacts?
Export leads:
- Go to the Leads tab
- Click Export CSV at the top (Pro only)
Export contacts from a scan:
- Scan a page and go to the Contact tab
- Click Export Contacts CSV at the bottom (Pro only)
How do I cancel my subscription?
Monthly and yearly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You have two options:
- Email support@anayom.com and we'll cancel it for you
- Manage your subscription directly through your Stripe billing portal (link provided in your purchase confirmation email)
After cancellation, you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. Lifetime purchases do not expire and cannot be cancelled.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — if you're unsatisfied within 7 days of purchase, email support@anayom.com for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
What browsers are supported?
Anayom is built for Google Chrome (version 116 or later) and any Chromium-based browsers that support Manifest V3 extensions, including Microsoft Edge, Brave, and Vivaldi.
