Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Anayom Chrome extension or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Anayom is a Chrome browser extension that analyses web pages for SEO, conversion rate optimisation, performance, trust signals, review credibility, local search readiness, contact information, and paid traffic readiness. The Service provides website intelligence reports, scoring, findings, and recommendations to help digital marketing professionals identify improvement opportunities.

The Service is provided as a tool for informational and professional purposes. Analysis results are based on automated heuristics and should be used as guidance, not as guaranteed outcomes.

3. Plans and Billing

Anayom offers the following plans:

  • Free — 10 scans per day, 25 saved leads, summary-level analysis
  • Monthly Pro — $12.99/month, recurring subscription
  • Yearly Pro — $27.88/year, recurring subscription
  • Lifetime Pro — $49, one-time payment with permanent access

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or access your payment card details.

Cancellation: Monthly and yearly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. Lifetime purchases do not expire and cannot be cancelled.

Refunds: If you are unsatisfied with Pro within 7 days of purchase, contact support@anayom.com for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for mass automated scraping or harvesting of personal data
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense scan data or reports without authorisation
  • Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any person or business
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the extension
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits, licensing, or access controls
  • Use discovered contact information for unsolicited bulk email or spam

5. Intellectual Property

The Anayom extension, website, scoring algorithms, report templates, and all associated code, design, and documentation are the intellectual property of Anayom and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service except as expressly permitted.

Your data: You retain ownership of any scan results, reports, leads, notes, and other data generated through your use of the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data the extension accesses, how it is stored, and when it communicates with external servers. By using the Service, you agree to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Analysis results are informational only. Anayom does not guarantee that following its recommendations will result in improved search rankings, increased traffic, higher conversion rates, or any specific business outcome.

Review credibility analysisuses automated heuristics to assess verifiability signals. Findings such as “low verifiability” or “credibility risk” are not accusations of dishonesty. They indicate areas where verifiability could be strengthened. Always verify findings manually before sharing with clients.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anayom and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension. For paid subscriptions, cancellation of billing is separate from uninstallation — cancel your subscription through the Stripe billing portal or by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the extension or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
